WONEN
De woning ligt op Zeeburgereiland. Het is omringd door het water, maar ligt binnen de ring. Hier vind je de perfecte combinatie tussen rust en roering. Het appartement van 84 m² groot biedt alle ruimte om je thuis te voelen. Overal in de woning – behalve het toilet en de badkamer – ligt een chique gietvloer. BUITENLEVEN
Op het terras ontspan je heerlijk in de zomer. In de loop van de ochtend tot ver in de middag geniet je hier van de zon. Ook ‘s avonds kun je lekker lang blijven zitten door de bevestigde buitenlamp. Het terras is volledig betegeld en groot genoeg om een loungebank of tuintafel neer te zetten. De reling is hoog en veilig, maar je hebt alsnog uitzicht op het speeltuintje en de silo’s.
